I apply traditional contemporary therapeutic methods and current neurological research to provide a highly personalized approach. I specialize in serving BiPoc Latino/Hispanic, LGBTQI+, athletes, and differently-abled individuals. Amongst my areas of expertise are trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, interpersonal relationships, health and wellness.
